I just purchased your e-book last night and am excited to begin using natural colorants. I just have a couple of questions regarding swirling (using titanium dioxide or zinc oxide). Do you simply rehydrate the powder with water and then swirl with it, or do you then need to combine it with some of the base oils before swirling? If I need to combine it with some of the base oils before using it to swirl, how much of the base oils should I combine with it? Thank you for your help and for sharing your knowledge with us!

      Hi Denise,

Thank you for your purchase! You can combine the td or ZO with water and swirl with it or if you are new to swirling this can be very fluid and hard to control so you can add some of your traced soap batter to the color and then swirl it.

      Hope this helps
